Happy Mother's Day Dinner


Sticking with my healthy eating I made Grilled Asian Flank Steak with Mango Salad. I used sirloin steak instead o flank because I LOVE sirloin. It was sooo tasty. Don't be afraid of the peanut butter in the "dressing" it gives it the peanut taste. It's best to eat the steak and salad together to get the full Asian flavors. I really don't like brown rice but I felt it needed something. I only ate about a quarter of the rice. The salad and steak was really filling. Baby Girl only liked the steak. Bear liked it all. I enjoyed it as well. I definitely will be adding this on my dinner rotation.
